I used to spend five days a week in the gym and I never got what I wanted: lean, sleek and ripped six-pack abs. You can go to the gym for a lot of reasons. But, seriously, all I ever wanted was a washboard stomach.  I spent hours and hours working out…

  • Over an hour weightlifting per day 
  • Over an hour running per day
  • Swimming, biking,  hiking whenever possible

…and it still didn’t work?!?!

No matter what I did I could NOT get rid of my gut

 

But I was doing it all wrong. My friends would say that you just aren’t working out hard enough, Sean. Not working out hard enough? I felt like an elephant dragging a semi-trailer through tar blindfolded and upside down. You workout harder, I dare you. So what did I do? The same thing everyone else does. I continued doing the exact same thing over and over and over again. Psychiatrists will define that as clinically insane.

 

I had to make a change – This was not working at all.

 

Luckily, a friend let me in on the secret of rapid fat loss. So what is the secret? Let me tell you what it is not:

 

  •  It is NOT killing yourself at the gym
  •  It is NOT using a fancy machine
  •  It is NOT an overpriced crackpot supplement 
  •  It is most definitely NOT starving yourself

 

I can’t tell you how many personal trainers I went through that didn’t help at all. To be a qualified personal trainer you have to have a license. CPT – Certified Personal Trainer. Next time you go into a gym to work with a trainer ask him if he has his CPT. You would be amazed how many gyms will scam you into signing up with someone who has no idea what they are talking about. The first thing I was doing all wrong was listening to bad advice from random people. That was about as helpful as trying to walk on marbles down stairs in the dark. My PROGRAM sucked. After working out I used to eat like a horse. Work out for three hours a day and you will be tired, that is the most absolute guarantee I can make you. With no energy left I was starving and would binge eat myself to sleep. Ever know anyone like that?

 

I was working out so much that I couldn’t control my eating. On top of that I was eating all the wrong things. My muscles were never getting the nutrients they needed. I was very effectively tearing them apart and they never got the chance to repair. I needed a better PROGRAM to get the abs I really wanted.
